Ascending through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience in every aspect of real estate. This extensive background in the industry enabled Nikita to establish herself as an expert in the field of residential property management.

As the driving force behind Living Melbourne, established in 2016 as a boutique company dedicated exclusively to property management, she has built a reputation for excellence. Under her leadership, Living Melbourne has become a specialist in managing residential properties across Melbourne, delivering tailored services to meet each client’s unique needs.

Her passion for the industry, coupled with her professionalism and strong values, has earned her a loyal clientele, primarily through referrals and repeat business.

With a passion for real estate from a young age, Nikita made the move to Melbourne from the country to further her career in the industry. Nikita’s ambition in the industry lead to becoming a Licensed Estate Agent at 21 and ultimately became the Director of Living Melbourne.

After seeing landlords and clients and under serviced and frustrated with hidden fees and continually changing property managers, Nikita decided to go out on her own with an aim to provide every client an all-inclusive service with just one point of contact. Nikita personally manages every property from start to finish.

Her passion for the industry shines through along with her professionalism and values which can be seen by the majority of her clients being from referrals and repeat business.

Nikita manages each property like it is her own. It is Nikita’s straight forward and pro-active approach with a high attention to detail that is most appreciated by her clients.

- Leased our vacant property at rate higher than our expectations and what other agents told us was possible. In a market taking 40 days to lease, Nikita delivered a quality tenant after 1 inspection. This wasn't luck - she targeted tenants and produced a result.
- Managed all the admin including notifying vendors to send future bills to Living Melbourne. (Such as rates, water etc). Other agents have made me do this in the past.
- Has managed a number of big and small maintenance issues in a highly effective manner, making sure we invest where we need it and hold back where we don't
- Managed tenants who weren't adequately caring for the apartment, calling out issues well ahead of the tenants departure

Our investment property was self managed for 10 years and over that time the 4 owners became quite busy and the management of the house was getting too much. We wanted to hand the house over to an agent for future management and after extensive research we decided we wanted the personal involvement of a single agent not a large firm. Nikita was everything we were looking for. She was approachable, honest and experienced. With a break in tenants we decided it was a good time for some repairs, a refresh and some basic renovations. Discussing the options with all the owners, coordinating tradesman for the various works, keeping everyone updated and works completed in a cost effective and timely manner was a complicated logistical project that Nikita managed incredibly well. She was patient, worked incredibly hard on a project that ultimately was beyond what was expected. She delivered us a partially renovated house suitable for the rental market which was leased at a competitive price immediately.
