She basically took away the stress we were facing of moving interstate by taking over sourcing and coordinating tradespeople to prepare our property for rent, maintaining that this is part of the role of Property Manager (a service unheard of in our former experiences with larger, well-known agencies). Nikita worked evenings and weekends to get our property rent-ready and advertised within a week of us moving out! Her fees were the cheapest we were quoted and she secured great tenants for us within a week at $50 more a week than other agencies were prepared to advertise. Our investment property was self managed for 10 years and over that time the 4 owners became quite busy and the management of the house was getting too much. We wanted to hand the house over to an agent for future management and after extensive research we decided we wanted the personal involvement of a single agent not a large firm. Nikita was everything we were looking for. She was approachable, honest and experienced. With a break in tenants we decided it was a good time for some repairs, a refresh and some basic renovations.
